Established in 2007, Union PCB Development focuses on producing high-end HDI PCB. Our products are widely applied in mobile phones, GPS main boards, GPRS modules, GSM telecommunication modules, industrial computer main boards, POS machines, remote network monitoring and controlling equipment, tablet PCs, and wireless LAN adapters.
With equipment including Hitachi mechanical drilling machines, Mitsubishi laser drilling machines, Lien Chieh Hot/Cold presses, AOI Orbotech, automatic immersion gold lines and horizontal plating lines, we are able to produce products having HDI, half hole, blind/buried hole, laser drilling and impedance features. In addition, our sharp attention to detail means we can produce PCBs with second-order, 0.1mm minimum hole, 3 mil minimum line width/spacing and 530 x 610mm maximum size.
There are more than 800 employees working in our 300,000-square-feet factory. Our facilities are run according to ISO/TS 16949:2002, ISO 14001:2004 and UL guidelines.
